Amanda Christian is a writer, poet, artist and hospice social worker whose work explores resilience, trauma, healing, mythology, and the restorative power of creativity. Drawing on years of experience supporting individuals and families through grief, domestic violence, child welfare, and end-of-life care, she writes with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for the complexities of the human experience.

Amanda is the creator of Crow & Flame Creative Expressions, a platform dedicated to creative wellness through art, creation, essays, poetry, and reflective storytelling. Her work often weaves together mythology, nature, psychology, and lived experience to examine healing, identity, and hope.

She is the author of The Crow’s Flight: Meditations for Resilience and Renewal, the YA fantasy novel Feathers and Ash, and the forthcoming novel Crows Don’t Cry. Her essays and poetry center on themes of resilience, recovery, and finding light after adversity.
